You agree that credit providers we approach may:

This helps them assess your application for personal or commercial credit.

3. Authorisation for Find That Finance to Act on Your Behalf

You authorise Find That Finance and our contracted service providers to:

• Use your personal and credit information to arrange finance, insurance, or related services
• Obtain credit information about you from credit reporting bodies and credit providers as your agent
• Provide your information to credit providers we approach so they can assess your application

This authorisation allows us to act on your behalf when seeking finance options.

4. Collection and Management of Your Personal Information

You acknowledge and agree that:

We collect personal information from you and other sources so we can apply for finance or insurance on your behalf. If you do not provide required information, we may be unable to proceed.

B. Who may receive your information
Your information may be shared with:

• Credit providers and insurers
• Service providers and contractors
• Referees, employers, or other parties named in your application
• Identity‑verification services
• Organisations as required or authorised by law

Only information reasonably necessary for assessing or arranging your application will be shared.

C. Marketing communications
